Long lasting plant that goes up to 120 cm tall. It needs support. It grows in sunny spots protected from the wind. Fresh leaves have a spicy taste. It is one of the best vinegar and mustard flavorings. The leaves and essential oil of tarragon are considered to have healing properties.

Sowing Tips:

Sowing: Sow in a seedbed in March, April.

Transplanting: Transplant the small plants in rows every 40 cm in sheltered and sunny positions.

Harvest: June to October.
