1. Sowing: Sow March to August in rows 20 cm.
2. Thinning: At 3-4 leaf stage, snatching smaller rocket retaining only every 15 cm.
3. Harvest: Harvest from 6 to 8 weeks after sowing. Protect your arugula during the winter to harvest until spring.
