Late variety. Forms large spherical, concise, green heads weighing 2-4 kg, with no tendency to crack. Excellent for consumption in salads or soups.
1. Sowing: Sow March (under cover) to May.
2. Thinning: 4-5 weeks after sowing, pull the smaller plants and keep only the strongest to leave only cabbage every 10 cm.
3. Transplanting: When your sprouts have 5-6 leaves, plant them in the ground in 40 x 50 cm distance.
4. Harvest: Harvest from July until December.
Cabbage like the nearby celery because it protects it from pests.
