Variety resistant to cold. It is suitable for autumn sowing. Has large leaves, light green. Spinach can be eaten in quiches or with rice. The young shoots are delicious in salads. It is also suitable for freezing.
1. Sowing: Sow from August to October, in a sunny position, in rows 30 cm.
2. Thinning: When you have 3-4 spinach leaves, pull the smaller plants and keep the strongest leaving only one plant every 15 cm.
3. Harvest: Harvest from November to April.
Spinach likes the proximity of strawberry which allows it to have more production with more tender leaves.
